FNSKU barcodes confirmed — Every individual unit has an FNSKU barcode label printed and attached. Labels are not torn, covered or misaligned. Amazon carton labels confirmed — Every carton has the Amazon FBA shipment label printed and attached on the outside. Shipment ID matches your Shipment ID above. Goods are packed and ready — All items are securely packed, cartons are sealed, and the shipment is ready for collection at the scheduled time.

Documentation & AGOA

Standard documents (commercial invoice, packing list, KRA C63 export declaration, airway bill) are included in your rate. Select any additional documents required.

Certificate of Origin (KNCCI) — Required to claim AGOA duty-free entry to the USA. Strongly recommended for clothing, handicrafts, and agricultural goods.
Fee: KSh 200 + KSh 100 handling KEPHIS Phytosanitary Certificate — Mandatory for coffee, tea, dried fruit, spices, flowers and all agricultural produce.
Fee: KSh 500 + KSh 0.50/kg inspection + KSh 200 handling Cargo Insurance Certificate — Recommended for shipments with declared value above $2,000.

AGOA Claim Most Kenyan apparel, handicrafts and agricultural goods qualify for 0% US import duty under AGOA. Ask us if unsure.
