Label Verification

Our team verifies these at pickup. Shipments with missing or incorrect labels will not be accepted.

FNSKU barcodes confirmed — Every individual unit has an FNSKU barcode label printed and attached. Labels are not torn, covered or misaligned. Amazon carton labels confirmed — Every carton has the Amazon FBA shipment label printed and attached on the outside. Shipment ID matches your Shipment ID above. Goods are packed and ready — All items are securely packed, cartons are sealed, and the shipment is ready for collection at the scheduled time.

Documentation & AGOA

Standard documents (commercial invoice, packing list, KRA C63 export declaration, airway bill) are included in your rate. Select any additional documents required.

Certificate of Origin (KNCCI) — Under AGOA, a valid COO means your Amazon customer's US import duty is 0% — without it they may pay 5–25% duty which can lead to rejection at customs. Also required for 0% duty to UK under DCTS.
Fee: KSh 1,000 (~$8) — we handle KNCCI application and attestation. · Optional — you may obtain from any Chamber of Commerce yourself. KEPHIS Phytosanitary Certificate — mandatory for coffee, tea, dried fruit, spices, flowers and all agricultural produce. Kenyan customs will reject without it.
Fee: KSh 1,000 (~$8) flat — we handle the full application, inspection coordination & certificate issuance. Full-value cargo insurance — covers your stock's full declared value against loss or damage. Without it, cover is limited to $100 per shipment. Strongly recommended for inventory.
Fee: 2% of declared value, minimum $25. FDA Prior Notice Filing — mandatory by US law for all food, beverages, supplements, and agricultural products entering the USA. Without it, US Customs will hold or reject your shipment.
Fee: $20 for us to file · Free if you file yourself at access.fda.gov.

AGOA Claim Most Kenyan apparel, handicrafts and agricultural goods qualify for 0% US import duty under AGOA. Ask us if unsure.
