Courier and delivery in Nairobi — common questions
How much does same-day delivery in Nairobi cost?
It depends on the road distance from pickup to delivery, wherever the trip starts: Zone 1 (up to 7 km) is KSh 500, Zone 2 (7–15 km) KSh 650 and Zone 3 (15–25 km) KSh 850. Longer trips up to 60 km cost KSh 1,300–1,800. JKIA airport runs are a flat KSh 2,000.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes — by overnight bus to Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru and Eldoret, from KSh 900.
Is there a weight limit?
Up to 10 kg per parcel is included. 10–25 kg adds KSh 200 and 25–50 kg adds KSh 500 per parcel. Over 50 kg, message us for a quote. Upcountry weight extras are doubled because bus companies charge by weight.
Do you have business rates?
Yes. Businesses sending 5–14 parcels a day pay from KSh 450 in Zone 1, and bulk accounts sending 15 or more a day pay from KSh 400 with a dedicated rider.
How do I pay and know my parcel arrived?
Pay by M-Pesa. Every delivery comes with WhatsApp photo proof when it is handed over.
Can I get faster or careful handling?
Yes. Same-hour express is an extra KSh 300 and fragile or electronics handling is an extra KSh 100.
