One box costs far less than three
Every shipment to Kenya has a $25 minimum, and small parcels wait for space on a consolidation. Sending small orders one by one means paying that minimum again and again. When we combine them, you pay once, on the real weight, and we remove bulky store packaging before weighing.

How much does it cost to ship to Kenya?
$17/kg on the combined weight of your box, with a $25 minimum per shipment. Small parcels (under 5 kg) are grouped with other customers’ goods and fly once there’s enough weight for the consolidation, so they can take up to a week longer than larger boxes. That covers air freight, Kenyan customs clearance and delivery to your door in Nairobi. Shipping from the store to our warehouse is paid at checkout and is often free.
Is delivery in Kenya included?
Yes, within 25 km of Nairobi CBD. Further out it costs KSh 40 per extra km (free for boxes of 50 kg or more, up to 60 km), and upcountry is KSh 1,500. Add a map pin when you sign up and we’ll show you the exact amount.
How long does it take?
Usually 2–3 weeks from the day you ask us to ship and pay. US stores take 2–5 days to reach our Texas warehouse, we pack your box for the next weekly flight (within 7 days), the flight and JKIA customs take 5–10 days, and delivery is same day in Nairobi or next day upcountry.

Yes. Add each order under “I have more packages coming”, then choose “wait for my packages on the way” when you ask to ship. We hold everything and pack it into one box the week your last parcel arrives. If your oldest parcel reaches 21 days, we ship what has arrived so nothing passes the 30-day limit.
How long can you keep my packages?
Free for 15 days from the day each parcel arrives — enough time for most orders to land so we can ship them together. From day 16 to day 30 storage is $1 per package per day, added to your shipping bill. The maximum is 30 days: parcels still unclaimed after that are treated as abandoned and may be returned, donated or disposed of. We remind you on WhatsApp before each deadline.
Why should I combine my orders?
Every shipment has a $25 minimum, and small parcels can wait for space on a consolidation. Combining several small orders into one box means you pay that once, and we remove bulky store packaging so you pay for less weight.
Will I pay customs duty in Kenya?
Not on personal goods. Our $17/kg includes KRA customs clearance, import duty and VAT for clothes, shoes, cosmetics, supplements, books, household items and car parts for personal use. Electronics (phones, laptops, tablets, game consoles and other gadgets) pay KRA duty at cost instead, confirmed before your box flies. Boxes declared over $1,000, or goods for resale, pay KRA duty at cost, and we quote it before your box flies. Always declare the real value.
What if a US store won’t accept my Kenyan card?
Send us the product link on WhatsApp and we buy it for you. You pay by M-Pesa. The buy-for-me fee is 5% of the order, minimum $10.
